There are several tips to bear in mind if you want to become a stronger hiker. Take trail mix, as it is vital to keep your hard-working muscles enriched with nutrients. Bringing a lunch is insufficient; you need trail mix to keep you functioning at an optimal level.

Aside from nutrition, it’s beneficial to avoid wearing cotton while hiking. Instead, you should take advantage of wicking layer technology. Wicking means that sweat will be moved away from your body, through the layers. Cotton, by contrast, will absorb your sweat.
